This hotel is in a great location and within walking distance to lots of great sights and shopping - rooms are nice and a good size - beds comfy. Plenty of eating places close by. In house food fairly expensive.

We were treated so well at the Warwick; I requested 2 beds instead of one as soon as we arrived and they took care of this request. ( I had called in with the request and had been informed that it would cost more, but when we got there, they gave us no problem.) No extra costs, no hidden fees. Great accomodations. Friendly staff. Wonderful location. Near Broadway. Midtown Manhatten.

Great hotel. Yes, the carpet in the room may be seasoned, but hey, it's clean and part of the atmosphere! A beautiful hotel in a great location. $* for a domestic beer in the bar is a little pricey, even for New York, but to repeat, location, location, location. A Short walk to the Rock, Central Park, Times Square, Empire State Building, Grand Central.........what more could a tourist ask for? The only hiccup was at check-in, when they did not have our name down for a room, even though we had booked it with Travel Agency 3 months before. Hey, what happened there? Call the front desk immediately if you want a coffee maker in your room at no charge. We would definitely stay again.

Great Location!! Hotel staff was just ok, some really helpful and some not at all. Had troubles getting our luggage the last day. Room was very spacious. The Hotel seemed worn and in need of updating but, clean as it could be. The outside was just beautiful and couldn't have asked for a better location!

Excellent location, very convenient for a trip that focused on Broadway and Times Square. Our room was upgraded due to a long check-in wait caused by a guest with issues, and the suite we received was very nice. Overall, an aesthetically pleasing hotel with a rich history. Some pitfalls to watch out for though: Staff wasn't very friendly or helpful. Even our room upgrade wasn't presented with a smile. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. One of the weakest assortments of available cable television channels I've encoutered in an upscale hotel. But, now that I know, and can manage my expectations, I would stay again for the right price.
